Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Mile High Medical Exams PLLC ("MHME")

To ensure we can offer timely appointments to all patients, Mile High Medical Exams PLLC requires the following notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule by phone, text, or through our online booking platform.

Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee, charged to the credit or debit card kept on file at the time of booking.

This includes:

●      Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time

●      Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment ("no-show")

●      Arriving significantly late, such that your appointment cannot be completed as scheduled

Why We Have This Policy

As a cash-pay practice with a limited number of daily appointment slots, a missed or last-minute cancellation prevents another patient from being seen in that time. This fee helps us keep appointments available and our schedule reliable for everyone.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to schedule an appointment. By booking an appointment with MHME, you authorize us to charge this card for the late cancellation/no-show fee described above, if applicable. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, the cost of your exam.

Exceptions

We understand that true emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at MHME's discretion in cases of documented medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency.
